Embodied Frequencies is a 7-session experiential journey designed to support alignment, balance, and a restored sense of inner coherence — not just energetically, but emotionally, psychologically, and in the body. This journey invites you into a deeper relationship with your inner landscape, where awareness, sensation, and sound come together to support lasting integration.
Rather than viewing the chakras as static energy points, we approach them as living centres of intelligence that shape how we move through life, relate to others, hold boundaries, receive love, express truth, and trust the unknown. These centres express themselves through our physical symptoms, emotional responses, thought patterns, compulsive behaviours, and relational dynamics.
Each centre governs a different aspect of how we meet life — from safety and pleasure to agency, love, expression, insight, and trust. When these centres are under-resourced or over-activated, their expression narrows, often showing up as contraction, over-compensation, or depletion in the way we think, feel, and relate.
Working from root to crown, each session focuses on one chakra centre, exploring where blocks, resistance, or imprints are held. Using the principles of sound and frequency, we gently entrain and resource the energetic centre back into healthy balance and coherent flow.
While the journey is most supportive when experienced as a whole, each session stands on its own. Participants are welcome to join individual sessions as they feel called.
Each session offers a gentle yet profound exploration that invites both insight and felt experience in the body. Through guided inquiry, embodied awareness, and sound, participants are supported to meet each chakra centre with curiosity, compassion, and presence.

Jeremy is the founder of The Cave Collective, a practice dedicated to psychological and somatic integration. He works at the intersection of Psychological Astrology, Parts Work (IFS), and Innerdance—modalities that together bridge the symbolic, the emotional, and the embodied aspects of human experience.
Drawing from depth psychology, Jeremy supports individuals in meeting the exiled, fragmented, and forgotten parts of their psyche with compassion and curiosity. Through a symbolic and archetypal lens, his sessions help clients engage with unconscious material in a way that fosters integration, self-trust, and a return to inner wholeness through the integration of the shadow.
Flo (Ming Min) is a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner and innerdance facilitator. She creates safe, inclusive spaces for people to return to their body’s natural rhythm and truth. Rooted in her own journey through yoga, sound and Himalayan Kriya, her approach is one of listening and devotion.
Through innerdance, Flo invites exploration beyond the familiar patterns of daily life. By shifting the brain and body into new rhythms, innerdance opens unseen gateways to the emotional, mental, and physical landscapes often untouched in waking consciousness—revealing possibilities for self-discovery and deeper connection.
