Join Outland for an epic full-day guided walk exploring the stunning Waterfall Country in the Fforest Fawr UNESCO Global Geopark!

Go beyond the famous Four Falls trail and discover a spectacular circuit that takes in an incredible eight major waterfalls (and countless smaller cascades!). This is the highest concentration of waterfalls in the UK, and this immersive experience showcases the very best of this natural wonder.

• Discover Hidden Gems: We'll combine the classic trails with lesser-known paths to witness the sheer power and beauty of waterfalls like Sgwd yr Eira, where you can famously walk behind the curtain of water, and other breathtaking falls along the Rivers Mellte and Nedd-fechan.

• Geological Wonders: Learn about the fascinating geology of the Fforest Fawr Geopark, from the Old Red Sandstone to the limestone gorges that have created this unique, spectacular landscape.

• Expert Guidance: You will be led by an experienced and knowledgeable guide who will ensure your safety, navigate the best route, and share insights into the area’s natural history, geology, and local folklore.

• Suitability: This is a long and challenging walk, involving steep descents, ascents, and uneven, often slippery, rocky, and muddy terrain. A good level of fitness is required. Suitable for confident walkers who are comfortable with rugged paths.

• Duration: Full Day Activity (Approximate walking time will be 5-7 hours depending on group pace and stops).

• Sturdy walking boots with good grip (essential, waterproof advised!)

• Waterproof and windproof outer layers (the weather can change quickly)

• Plenty of water and a substantial packed lunch/snacks

• Optional: Walking poles for stability on steep sections
