
Movement Medicine allows the body to naturally heal and transform through dance. It provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to express themselves authentically, release tension, and cultivate a sense of freedom and joy. It can be used for personal growth, trauma recovery, or simply as a way to enhance well being.
The session will be faciliated by Dr. Kirran Ahmad, ‘The Dance Doctor,’ who worked for nearly twenty years in the NHS and is now exploring holistic care. Kirran has been on her own journey with mental health and found Movement Medicine to be a supportive tool which she now shares with others.
