E ast Coast Comedy presents three of Malaysia's best road comics for an awesome night of comedy at Harry's Bar right in the heart of the city in Boat Quay! These are some of our favourite comedians from Malaysia and we're bringing them in to as they try to prove that Malaysia comedy is like their food.
For just one night, you get Keren Bala Devan, Mikhail Svrcula (he's Malaysian, I promise) and Brian Tan fresh from selling out their last visit to Singapore!
Keren Bala Devan is a Malaysian Stand-up comedian who's been performing in the country and the region for 12 years. He's opened for such comics as Ronnie Chieng, Gina Yashere and Kumar from Singapore. He's also been a part of Singapore Comedy Fringe Festival as well as Kuala Lumpur International Comedy Festival. He's at home on stage complaining and ranting, usually very loudly.
Brian Tan has been making audiences laugh since 2012. Since then he has performed all around Malaysia and done shows in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Australia for the prestigious Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Not only is he accomplished on stage but also off stage as well as he has credit mentions in 3 Malaysian Netflix specials (Harith Iskander, Kavin Jay & Gajen Nad). Brian loves making fun of his Malaysian Chinese background and his obsession with languages.
Mikhail Svrcula, a rising star in the stand-up comedy world. Mikhail's hard work and dedication to his craft paid off in 2022 when he won the Roast Master Battle, cementing his status as one of the most exciting and talented comedians in the industry..
Join us on 6th March Friday 2026 at 8 p.m for an epic night of comedy with this Malaysian invasion. As always, laughter is guaranteed.

Time
Doors Open at 6 p.m at Harry's Boat Quay right in town in Boat Quay. The show will start approximately at 8:00p.m with a short intermission of 15 mins halfway through and the whole programme will end by 9:45 p.m.

Parking
Parking is pretty tough on Fridays along Circular Road directly but there's plenty of available parking at the adjoining streets of Carpenter and Hong Kong Street. Riverwalk Mall is also a good bet.
