Downward Dirty Dogs Yoga & Sound Bath

Join Jane every Saturday morning , we will begin with a gentle yoga flow. This style of flow will focus on mindful movements and breathwork to prepare the body for the sound bath experience. Once you begin the sound experience, allow the waves of energy to wash over you creating a meditative vibrational journey. Together these practices promote relaxation, reduce stress, help foster a mind-body connection and you will step off your mat feeling energized and refreshed, ready to take on the day!!
