As the only distillery based in the New Forest National Park, we are excited to provide you with this unique opportunity for you to distil your own hand-crafted gin!

Taking place at the New Forest Spirits Distillery, this experience will allow you to create your own gin recipe with specialist guidance. Using an individual 2.5L still, you will learn about the distillation process and the different botanicals that can be used to create your own distinctive recipe and personalised bottle of gin – a perfect way to enjoy your time in the beautiful New Forest.
