The event is now in its 3rd year and has grown and grown over a short space of time , the event has evolved and is now pretty much a full morning retreat with yoga, breathwork and meditation all carried out by experienced and knowledge - able souls.

And new this year you will have the opportunity to brave the hot and then the cold with a mobile sauna on site as well.

Of course the main event is the cold dip in the icy waters of stunning Loch Ard near Aberfoyle.

The event is a charity event and all money raised will be for Chris's House based in Lanarkshire.

Chris's House is a Centre for Help, Response and Intervention Surrounding Suicide. Every penny raised will go to this amazing organisation.
