Diocesan Headteachers' & CEOs' Residential Conference

We are delighted to invite you to the Headteachers’ and CEOs' Conference 2026, taking place on Thursday 23rd to Friday 24th April 2026. Following the success of the last years Headteachers’ Conference, this conference has been carefully designed to provide an equally inspiring, relevant, and reflective experience for Headteachers and Heads of School.

Refund Policy - Residential Conferences

The Diocese of Westminster Education Service aims to keep training accessible while meeting the fixed costs associated with residential events.

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (excluding Eventbrite booking fees, where applicable).
• Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Non-attendance
• Early departure
• Failure to arrive on the scheduled date

We strongly recommend that schools consider appropriate cancellation or travel insurance where required.

In exceptional or pastoral circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the Diocese of Westminster Education Service.

Where possible, substitutions from the same school or academy trust may be accepted in place of cancellations.
