dinner: parboil, then sauté

It’s coming up to Christmas, and it’s warm. Unseasonably warm.

You’ve been invited to dinner, at a brand new restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. Not that you’re the most important diner. That’s someone else, and ultimately this is all for her. And she expects one special dish.

This new performative movement piece, created and written by Jonathan M. Daley, performed by Simon Sweeney and featuring sound design from Robyn Maddox, is a meditation on the future of food production, and the lengths we will go to for self-preservation.
