About the Facilitator: Sophie Ede

With over 20 years’ experience in the voluntary sector, Sophie Ede has worked at every level of a charity – from admin to Chief Executive. She provides consultancy and interim leadership support to a wide range of third-sector organisations.

Sophie is also Chair of Trustees for Stagetext and currently serves as Interim CEO at a London-based disability charity. Passionate about helping small organisations thrive, Sophie brings real-world insight, warmth, and a deep understanding of the challenges charities face.

When she’s not supporting charities, Sophie enjoys volunteering, walking in Essex with her family and dog, and keeping up with her busy social life.
