Calender...

A fabulous day out for foodies and families on the lawns of Delapré Abbey - food and drink stalls, street food, cooking displays and more.

NN's finest food and drink festival - Delapré Food Festival - is back in 2026 - a fabulous foodie and family experience.

Artisan food and drink stalls will throng the lawns at Delapré Abbey, bringing the beautiful urban, country house to life for a grand summer weekend.

There'll be professional chef demos, outdoor bars, wine and gin tastings, cocktail workshops, cheese masterclasses, a live fire cooking school and free family circus for kids big and small.

Tours of the historic Abbey, one of the gems in Northampton's heritage tapestry, are included in the ticket price.

Brought to you by the creators of Towcester Food Festival and Bite Street NN, Delapré Food Festival is a celebration of artisan food and drink from Northamptonshire and beyond.

The south lawn will feature a bustling street food market where you can eat to the strains of live music from our acoustic stage.

The chef demos will feature the best local chefs, including the award-winning Bart Polinski, head chef at Hibiscus, and the irrespressible James Peck from Ember in Wellingborough.

Each chef will cook a favourite dish using fresh seasonal produce where possible while offering tips on how to improve your own cooking.

The cheese masterclasses provide the chance to sample some of the finest cheeses around with expert Shane Holland.

There'll be face painting and bouncy castle for kids, a free family circus, plenty of room to run-around and paid-for cookery classes.

NN's premier live fire restaurant Ember will host the live fire cooking school, where budding pitbosses can learn from the pros. Extra ticket required.

Guided tours of the house take place twice a day or you can explore at your leisure. The Orangery will be offering cream teas on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

The house will be open on both days from 10am to 4pm. Sorry but no dogs or food or drink in the house.

Please note the ground at Delapré Abbey can be uneven.
