A Restorative Pause for Mind, Body & Spirit
Take a break from the rush of daily life and join us for a deeply restorative evening of breath, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing. This session is all about slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and permitting yourself to rest fully.
Offered with love by Flow with Marua (@flowwithmarua), this experience is designed to reset the nervous system, calm the mind, and nurture your inner balance.
🌿 What to Expect:
🌬️ Pranayama (10 min)
We begin seated and comfortable with gentle yogic breath practices to prepare body and mind for deep relaxation, shifting from an alert “doing” state into the body’s natural “rest and digest” mode.
💤 Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest (20–25 min)
Often called “yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra guides you into a profound state of rest without losing consciousness.
As you move through the practice, your brain waves gently shift:
This unique state allows the body to rest deeply while the mind stays present, creating a powerful space for healing and renewal.
🎶 Sound Healing with Tibetan Bowls (30 min)
After Nidra, the vibrational tones of seven Tibetan bowls will guide you even deeper into rest.
