We’re hosting a Darts for Defib charity tournament with one simple goal: to raise funds for a public defibrillator at Babble, right on Hove seafront.
Come throw some darts, raise a bit of money, and help put something important in place for the whole community.
ALL money from the ticket sales will go towards paying for the defibrillator. There will be food specials and DJs bringing the vibes! The event will be hosted by Bailey of Bluebelle Brewing, and MAFS!
We also have a Go Fund Me page and would welcome any extra donations to help us reach our target - and hopefully fund a second defib at the skate park! Please donate what you can, every little helps :)
If you'd like to donate, visit our Go Fund Me page.

More Info about the Defib and why!
The idea came from the fact that there are very few defibrillators along the seafront, and when someone goes into cardiac arrest, every minute counts. The closer a defib is, the better the chance of restarting a heart before emergency services arrive.
It feels like something we at Babble can genuinely help with. A defib on the Babble building that benefits everyone using Hove Beach Park. And if we raise enough, we’d love to fund a second one for the skate park too.
Training on how to use it will be offered for free, with plans to run simple, accessible sessions for our team and the local community. We’re also supported by Angelique, who works with South East Coast Ambulance Service, helping make this a practical, life-saving addition to the area.
