Artist Statement: Much like how color fragments in a kaleidoscope combine to make a unique image, different people bearing diverse cultures come together to make a community rich in color. Therefore, when viewed from a broader perspective, when different individuals interact with each other, they create an energy that is vibrant and rich in culture. Like how a kaleidoscope creates something cultural, beautiful, and unique because of present differences, this exhibition aims to bring together artists and artworks, exemplified by their differences, to stitch a story about shared culture as seen through a kaleidoscope.
