Cultivate is more than a conference. It is a movement to grow healthy hearts, homes, and churches through intentional discipleship.

Cultivate is a gathering for pastors, leaders, and ministry teams who believe discipleship is more than a program, it’s the lifelong process of spiritual formation. Hosted by the Pentecostal Resources Group, this three-day experience will equip leaders in the local church to grow healthy hearts, healthy homes, and healthy churches.

From inspiring main sessions to practical training tracks for those who minister to kids, youth, and families, lead small groups, develop leaders, and more, Cultivate provides the tools and encouragement you need to disciple with confidence and clarity. Alongside moments of worship and collaboration, you’ll discover how to build ministries that don’t just gather people but produce lasting, Spirit-led growth.

Event Overview

  • Thursday Evening (Cultivate) – Registration opens at 6:00 PM followed by an opening session with Akil Thompson, then interactive split sessions.
  • Friday (Healthy Hearts & Healthy Homes) – Morning sessions include conversations on discipleship and personal growth plus a general session with Cindy Miller. This is followed by a networking lunch to connect with peers. Afternoon and evening sessions equip leaders in family and home ministry through split sessions and a general session with Aaron Soto.
  • Saturday (Healthy Churches) – The conference concludes with a panel discussion and a final general session with Stan Gleason focused on building healthy churches that deploy individuals and families into kingdom service.
