Expect hip-opening sequences, embodied flow, and moments of power balanced with surrender — designed to both energise and release.\nFrom there, we’ll shift into Angelic Reiki, opening a channel for the angels to support and restore your energy. Their presence brings deep peace, healing, and alignment, helping to clear blocks in the sacral centre and awaken creativity and flow.\n✨ Moonstone Reiki Savasana / Nidra ✨\nThe final half hour will be a Reiki-infused crystal savasana and yoga nidra.
