This January, Crew Moves is leveling up with a Ninja Warrior Obstacle Workshop at JLeagues (@JLeagues) This is your ultimate fitness club and sports league where getting fit feels exciting, dynamic, and empowering. JLeagues offers passionate coaches across basketball, baseball, gymnastics, yoga, parkour, and more.
For this event, we’ll be guided by NYC SAG-AFTRA Stuntman Jose Jimenez (yes, the one whose Instagram will make you rethink gravity @watchmestunt). He’ll lead us through accessible, beginner-friendly Ninja Warrior obstacles designed to build confidence, coordination, and functional strength.
