This 4-week in-person Creative Flow workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore creativity in a supportive and welcoming space.
Each week, we work with simple shapes, lines, color, and intuitive mark-making to gently open space for self-expression, reflection, and presence.
The focus is not on creating a “perfect” artwork — it’s about the experience of creating.
This is a calm, joyful, and grounding creative practice designed especially for adults who want:
