Start to finish, a project you can complete in one class!

This class is a chance to learn something new, experiment, practice skills, and share the joy of making things with those around you. In two hours you will learn, start, and often finish a project to take home. Each month we will explore a different crafting project and technique, such as:

  • Felting: Use wet felting and needle felting techniques to create small sculptures
  • Bookmarks: Combine art with technology to create an LED bookmark booklight
  • Paper Flowers: Dye and shape your own flowers using coffee filters and watercolor paint
  • Paper Marbling: Construct a set of note cards or small prints using watercolor paints and marbling techniques to create your own unique designs

See our website for scheduled projects.

Please be aware of our youth policy.

About the instructor:
Always searching to learn new skills, Dana Falsetta has been making eclectic art for over 20 years, starting with a B.F.A. from the College of New Jersey with a focus on installation art and photography. Dana continues to add new techniques, with a goal of creating from any vision that comes to mind. She concentrates on the importance of learning from any medium to bring those concepts into a current project.

While making things remains a passion, Dana's daily work is focused on animal welfare and animal behavior. Dana's professional background has been in training humans to connect and work with their dogs (and other animals) through behavioral challenges.
