Conflict in marriage is not necessarily unhealthy.
In fact, it is often an attempt to restore connection.
Research shows that it is not what couples fight about, but how they fight that determines the health of a marriage.
For pastors and their spouses, disagreements can carry additional layers — leadership stress, emotional fatigue, role expectations, and the quiet pressure to always appear “okay.”
This pastors-only edition of The Art of Disagreement is a complimentary one-day workshop created to bless and strengthen the marriages of those who serve.
In a confidential and honouring environment, you will:
• Understand your unique conflict patterns
• Learn healthier ways to navigate heated moments
• Surface the deeper needs beneath recurring arguments
• Rebuild connection without losing respect
This is not a counselling session, and you will not be put on the spot. It is a guided, structured experience designed to help you reconnect as husband and wife.
Because your marriage is not a side ministry. It is your covenant with the Lord.
Limited to 20 pastoral couples.
Registration closes on 30 April 2026, or when all places have been filled.

What You Will Gain
By the end of The Art of Disagreement, you will:
• Uncover the deeper narratives behind recurring tensions
• Recognise conflict patterns that quietly erode connection
• Understand how unresolved stress impacts intimacy and unity
• Discover how your unique ministry dynamics shape your disagreements
• Learn practical tools to stay emotionally connected, even during difficult conversations
Pastors-Only Environment
This workshop is exclusively for pastors and their spouses. We have intentionally created a confidential, honouring space where you can come simply as husband and wife, not as leaders.
Each couple will be seated at your own private table. There will be no public sharing; all conversations remain solely between you and your spouse.
Pre-Workshop Assessment
Each couple will complete a relationship assessment profile prior to the workshop. Details will be sent via email upon registration. This tool helps personalise the learning experience and ensures the conversations are relevant to your unique marriage dynamics.
Faith References
As fellow believers, our framework is grounded in biblical principles. Scripture references may be woven into parts of the session, though the primary focus is on relational skills and practical tools.
Registration Notes
• Registration is limited to ensure depth of interaction and care for each couple.
• Each assessment profile is uniquely generated and therefore non-transferable.
• If you are unable to attend after registering, kindly inform us early so the slot may be extended to another pastoral couple.
• A personalised couple relationship assessment profile
• Guided workshop materials
• A conference package including breakfast, lunch and tea break
This workshop is our small way of honouring those who serve faithfully. We look forward to welcoming you — not as pastors, but as husband and wife.
