This is not simply another introduction to biblical counselling. It is an attempt to fill a noticeable gap within the biblical counselling world. A vision of care that is:
• deeply theological,
• thoroughly ecclesial,
• unapologetically confessional,
• and historically rooted in the Puritan and Reformed pastoral tradition.
While appreciating and learning from the strengths of broader biblical counselling movements, we seek to build a model that is consistent with historic Reformed anthropology, sanctification and the ordinary means of grace.
Each attendee will receive a complimentary resource bag including: A small biblical counselling book. Pamphlets and materials from ACBC UK, IRBS UK, and Broken Wharfe. Notepad and pen.
A book table with relevant resources will be available throughout the day.
