
The four-week Couch to Corner programme launches on Sunday, 11th January.
Sessions will run every Sunday 9:30am to 11:30am on the following dates.
Skill Building: Learn all the basic boxing skills and footwork.
Total Fitness: Boost your body and sharpen your mind in every session.
The Final Test: Finish with an exciting, low-impact 3-round Tap Sparring Match. It's skill-focused, safe (full protective gear provided), and opponents are carefully matched!
Who it's for: Women with no boxing experience and an average level of fitness (e.g., you can handle 30 minutes of moderate activity).
Equipment: All gloves and protective gear are provided.
Location: All sessions take place in the Boxing Room at Carnegie Leisure Centre, which has a 14ft ring and heavy bags.
