Cooking with Wine: Coq au Vin, Onion Soup, Crepes Suzette BYOB

Bonjour, Welcome to our special Cooking class : Cooking with Wine !

Menu:

• French Onion Soup with White Wine: Caramelized onions in a chicken broth, topped with toasted baguette and melted cheese.
• Coq au Vin: Chicken simmered in red wine sauce with crispy bacon, and mushroom.
• Potatoes Anna: Scalloped potatoes baked with cream, butter, white wine and fresh herbs.
• Crêpe Suzette: Crêpes served in a orange caramel sauce and a splash of brandy.

About the class
