
Cook along with the Culinary Medicine Program and clinicians from the Heart Wellness Program and Heart Failure Clinic in our teaching kitchen!
This is a series of 3 hands-on cooking classes and will cover a variety of different techniques to make home-prepared meals easier, fun, and support optimal heart health. Classes will highlight recipes from a new cookbook assembled by our Outpatient Cardiology staff, and each attendee will receive a copy.
Please register only if you can commit to all 3 classes, held once per month on the 2nd Friday from January - March 2026.
