
Join Adrienne on the farm and discover the art of creating three delicious bakes. Master the technique of crafting the perfect short crust pastry to use in a classic pie, then make a delicious light Swiss roll and a tray of delightful mini bakewells. Seasonal ingredients will be used where possible. To top it off, you will also enjoy a refreshing drink using locally foraged fruits, flowers or herbs.
Our workshops take place in the purpose built barn kitchen under the instruction of a qualified food teacher and experienced cook. This is a hands on session and instruction will be fun and informal and tailored to your needs. All ingredients will be provided and you will take your dishes and all the recipe sheets away with you at the end of the session.
