Together, we’ll transform humble, seasonal ingredients into beautiful, nourishing dishes and discover how eating with the seasons can strengthen our connection to food, community, and place. Learn how to make the most of your store cupboard, adapt creatively when fresh foods are scarce, and build confidence in cooking resilient, flexible meals.
We’ll explore:
• How our food systems work—and how we can work with them
• Smart ways to stretch ingredients and reduce kitchen waste
• Simple, accessible food preservation techniques
• Safely sourcing and using local wild foods
The day will culminate in cooking a delicious seasonal banquet, to share with those who join us for this special event.
