We’re excited to be hosting the Team South Contenders at Parity Martial Arts, Southampton.

This event will determine the final member of Team South, bringing together top contenders for an exciting and competitive session. Expect high-level training, great energy, and a strong community atmosphere.

What’s included:

• Team South Contender sessions
• Final selection of the last Team South member
• Open Mat immediately after the winner is announced

The open mat is open to everyone, so if you’re keen to get some rounds in and train with others, you’re more than welcome to stay and join.
