About our Construction Department

Our Construction department offers a range of courses covering Plastering, Bricklaying and Joinery, with practical teaching to ensure students are industry focused and career ready. We’re also involved in the Advanced Construction Training (ACT) project, which aims to develop digital skills in construction across Cheshire.

Our state-of-the-art construction facilities include spacious workshops stocked with the latest equipment and our £1.9 million Innovation Hub also includes an IT suite featuring highly technical pieces of kit, such as VR headsets, auto-CAD and digital surveying equipment.
