Join us for a relaxed Connect & Create session for adult women (18+) — a cosy space to spend time on your own creative projects whilst being in the company of others doing the same.
This is a female-only gathering for women living in or near Plymouth who would like more connection, creativity, and gentle time for themselves.
There’s no formal teaching and no pressure to perform, share, or even socialise if you don’t feel like it. You’re welcome to chat and connect — or simply focus quietly on your creations. Think of it as peaceful parallel creating 🤍
Please bring your own arts or crafts project to work on. Some ideas include:
The list is endless — just bring whatever you fancy working on.
Spaces are limited due to the meeting room size, table and chairs available at the venue.
Come as you are. Create, connect (if you’d like to), and enjoy a few hours of calm creativity 🌿
St Budeaux Library is located at The Square, Victoria Road, St Budeaux, Plymouth, Devon, PL5 1RQ.
This session will be in the meeting room at the back of the library, you can come straight in or report to the library reception and they will direct you to where the room is situated.
There is nearby free on street parking e.g. Percy Street
There is one disabled parking space available within the library's shared carpark, this is located inbetween the library and the co-op. Library spaces have the sign 'L' on them. There are no guarantees the disabled space will be available as the library is in use by other users.
Refund policy:
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event, minus Eventbrite’s non-refundable processing fee.
As Eventbrite does not return their booking fees, a small portion of your ticket price will be retained to cover this.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued within 48 hours of the event, as spaces are limited and venue costs are already committed.
If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another woman — just let me know her name in advance.
Thank you for understanding — keeping this policy in place helps the events run sustainably and protects small group spaces
