Concert: Dukas, Franck, Berlioz

A sorcerer's apprentice learns a lesson the hard way and a drug addict dreams of a witches' sabbath. That's how tonight's concert starts and finishes. In the middle, we give a rare performance of Cesar Franck's Symphonic Variations for Piano and Orchestra with soloist Robert Markham. The concert is conducted by Sidcup Symphony Orchestra's music director, James Ross.
