
This is a community event which means you pay what you can.
We’ll slow things right down with grounding yin yoga, move into a nourishing brunch, then spend some time doing a journalling exericse to unock creativity.
This event is designed for you if you need some time without notifications, tabs, or algorithms demanding your attention. Come to reconnect with yourself, get present in your body and leave feeling clearer, calmer and creatively inspired.
All donations will be going towards the British Heart Foundation as part of Swwim's 2026 fundraising.
