A fusion of breathwork, mindfulness, and visualisations, leading into a delicious buffet meal at Trinco

Cognitive Health Workshop: Training the Learner’s Mind

Join Robert Cuming, psychotherapist and Clinical Lead at The School of Life, and Emma Latham-Jones, accredited mindfulness teacher and founder of Zenomics, for an experiential evening exploring how we can strengthen the mind that learns.

This workshop introduces practical tools to support cognitive health, emotional balance, and mental resilience.

Through guided breathwork, mindfulness for stress reduction, and visualisations for focus and grounding, you’ll learn how to:

  • Regulate the nervous system through mindful breathing
  • Sharpen attention and mental clarity
  • Build emotional awareness and self-regulation
  • Create space for curiosity, creativity, and calm

Designed for lifelong learners, educators, and anyone curious about the science and practice of cognitive wellbeing, this is a space to reconnect with the mind as an ally — not an adversary.

Afterwards, you are warmly invited to join us for a delicious buffet meal at Sri Lankan restaurant, Trinco, downstairs at Oru Space in East Dulwich to continue the conversation and connect with likeminded individuals.
