From Bean to Brew with Puny Platypus

Discover the art of coffee in this hands-on appreciation workshop led by Zac & Jiaying, the passionate duo behind Puny Platypus.

In this cosy, small-group session, you’ll explore the journey of coffee from bean to brew under the friendly guidance of Zac & Jiaying in their welcoming home café.

This workshop is perfect for coffee lovers, curious beginners, or anyone who wants to slow down, connect, and enjoy the craft of a good brew – all while supporting caregivers in Singapore.

Why join this workshop?

Learn by doing: Go beyond just sipping coffee! In this workshop, you’ll learn about filter coffee, get some hands-on experience with pulling espresso shots and pouring latte art. We’ll break down techniques step by step, so whether you’re a beginner or already brewing at home, you’ll pick up practical skills you can immediately use.

🌱 Understand the coffee journey: We’ll guide you through the journey from bean to cup: how origin, roasting style, grind size, water quality, and brewing method can shape flavor.

🏠Enjoy a cosy café setting: Be hosted in Zac & Jiaying’s warm and inviting home café, Puny Platypus.
