This is not a callout-style class.
In Club Cardio, participants learn and master a full step routine with intentional timing, musicality, and flow. Once the routine is locked in, we run it in rounds to build endurance, elevate heart rate, and maximize calorie burn.
The repetition isn’t random — it’s strategic.
By mastering the movement first, participants are able to move with confidence, push intensity, and sustain performance throughout each round. The result is a true cardio experience that blends choreography, conditioning, and club-level energy.
