Come and join us for a nurturing afternoon exploring Yogic methods of deep relaxation and calm to bring peace and balance to your heart centre and up-lift your spirits.
The afternoon will include Yoga Asanas (postures); Candle Meditation; Deep Relaxation through Yoga Nidra; Mantra Chanting; and focus on calming Pranayama Yogic Breathing techniques and a Sacred Sound relaxation.
Please bring along :~ Yoga mat (or something to lie on), Warm Clothing and Blankets for the relaxation, Cushion and/or Yoga blocks for seated meditation practise .
