Christmas Charity Dance, Fitchburg MA | 21+ | KofC Hall

Join us for a festive evening of music, community, and Christmas cheer! The Greater Gardner Young Adult Group and the Young Men’s Ministry of KofC Council #396 (Gardner) are partnering with KofC Council #99 (Fitchburg) to host a joyful Christmas Dance for adults 21 and over.

Whether you want to dance the night away, enjoy holiday treats, or gather with friends in a warm seasonal atmosphere, this will be a wonderful way to celebrate the Christmas season together.

👥 Capacity: 85 guests (limited seating—advance tickets recommended)

✨ What to Expect

• DJ & Dancing: Enjoy a lively mix of music from a volunteer Knight DJ.
• Christmas Ambiance: Warm holiday lighting, Christmas lights, LED candles, and galaxy lamps create a festive and inviting atmosphere.
• Light Snacks: Homemade Christmas cookies, brownies, and seasonal treats provided by volunteers.
• Cash Bar: A bartender from Council #99 will offer alcoholic beverages for purchase. (All bar proceeds remain with Council #99.)
• Community & Fellowship: A chance to meet new people, spend time with friends, and enjoy a wholesome, uplifting evening.

💝 Supporting a Local Cause

All ticket proceeds will be donated to a local pregnancy crisis center in support of mothers and families in need.
(Once final confirmation is received from the organization, the official name will be published.)

🍽️ Food Note

Light snacks will be available, but no full dinner will be served. Guests are encouraged to eat beforehand.

• 4:30–6:15 PM: Setup (decor, tables, DJ equipment)
• 6:15–6:45 PM: Snack prep & final checks
• 6:45 PM: Doors open
• 11:00 PM: Event ends
• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: Cleanup
