Come celebrate Chinese New Year at Leytonstone Library!

February 18th 2026 is Chinese New Year!

This year celebrates the year of the Horse. The festival ushers in a fresh lunar year with family reunions, feast-filled dinners and widespread decorations in vibrant reds to symbolise good fortune.

Come join us at Leytonstone Library to celebrate the new lunar year, and create your own horse themed lantern!

All children must be accompanied and supported by their adults.
