CHILL Act (Children’s Health, Inclusion, Learning & Leadership) brings together special-needs families, homeschoolers, therapists, educators, enrichment programs, and community partners for Utah’s most inclusive and interactive family expo.

After two successful Utah expos in Sandy and Provo, CHILL Act is coming to the Salt Palace Convention Center for the only Utah edition in 2026 — a full-day resource, learning, and fun festival for children of all abilities.
