Chef Anthony will present a four-course dinner that celebrates tradition with a refined touch, while Emily guides you through four perfectly matched wine pairings from across the Iberian Peninsula.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail — your choice of a sparkling Cava or a festive tequila-based drink — setting the tone for a night designed for savoring, lingering, and great conversation.
