An Evening of Mexican Cuisine & Iberian Wines

Join us for a thoughtfully curated night where bold Mexican flavors meet the elegant wines of Spain and Portugal. Chef Anthony will present a four-course dinner that celebrates tradition with a refined touch, while Emily guides you through four perfectly matched wine pairings from across the Iberian Peninsula.


The evening begins with a welcome cocktail — your choice of a sparkling Cava or a festive tequila-based drink — setting the tone for a night designed for savoring, lingering, and great conversation.

Chef Anthony Starbeck is the Sous Chef at Park Ridge Country Club. His passion for cooking began at a young age and has grown into a career centered on hard work, creativity, and respect for great food.
