Award-winning Hungarian pianists Ádám and Máté Balogh, alumni of the Virtuosos TV programme, are gaining an increasing and enthusiastic following in their home country, Switzerland, Germany, Poland and Czechia. They are both pupils of Andrea Németh Pálné in Hungary and Professor Peter von Wienhardt at the Münster University of Music Youth Academy in Germany.
Ádám and Máté will be making their UK debut at this concert and plan to delight you with a variety of short works from Bach, Chopin, Debussy, Dvorák, Mozart, Rachmaninov, Schubert and Weiner – with a few surprises!
We are delighted to welcome Ádám and Máté to Alresford and thank them for giving this concert in memory of a long-time member of the Alresford Pigs Association. What better way to celebrate a life well-lived than with an evening of marvellous music from these two immensely talented young pianists?
