What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) like at Somnus Sleep Wellness? Can I have a “taster session” before committing to the full intervention?
Join us on Monday, 24 November at 7:30pm for a curated workshop where our sleep psychologist John Yu will walk you through the foundational principles of CBT-I, introduce strategies you can apply immediately, and lay out what’s next in a guided journey toward deeper, more restorative sleep.
Bonus: Receive an in-body composition assessment by Eternami where you’ll get a deeper look at your hydration and cellular health through muscle, fat, and body water measurement. This will be conducted pre-workshop and only takes 10 minutes!
