Event Overview

Please join us, Canon, and Profoto for a hands-on lighting demonstration in our Logan Square studio. We'll be using the latest Canon and Profoto equipment to capture portraits and movement from Chicago dancers, led by fine art photographer and Dodd Camera's own Tyler McAuley. Be sure to bring or purchase a memory card!

Instructor Bio

Tyler McAuley is a Chicago-based fine art and portrait/dance photographer with roots in a 25-year acting career. He earned a BFA in professional acting, later turning to photography as a way to study presence, memory, and the emotional weight of a single frame. In 2017, he was named one of Chicago's Top 10 Contemporary Photographers.
