
Calm Your Tits and come to relax and unwind with our Yin Yoga Class. This in-person session is all about slowing down and finding your calm. Perfect for beginners or people looking to relax and restore. This is a safe space to try yin yoga, breathe work and meditation. Tiffany believes yoga is for every body no matter your body and aims to provide a safe space for all. We ask that you help to maintain this inclusive space.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move in. You might wish to bring your own pillow, blanket or other props you find useful but mats will be provided.
Whilst we will do our best to ensure all moves are modified to enable everyone to participate, we do ask that you are able to comfortably stand up and down from the mat unaided where possible.
Please arrive 5 mins before the class starts. Unfortunately latecomers won't be admitted.
