The traditional 9–5 was never designed to support the way many of us actually think, feel, or move through the world. For some “standard work” can feel quietly, and relentlessly, misaligned. It’s what pushes many toward entrepreneurship as a possible alternative. But stepping into business ownership isn’t a guaranteed solution either. It’s simply another system that needs to fit who you are.

This lab isn’t here to sell you on starting a business, or growing one.
It’s here to give you space to explore whether working on your terms is possible, sustainable, and worth building.

• You’ll get honest clarity in a low-pressure environment.
• You’ll define success in ways that reflect your capacity, not someone else’s path.
• You’ll discover whether your next step is staying small, expanding intentionally, or choosing a completely different direction altogether.

This is your space to pause, reassess, and begin building from truth rather than obligation.

What We’ll Do

Through a blend of creative exploration, reflective prompts, hands-on exercises, and guided strategic thinking, you’ll examine:

• What you’re actually carrying: mentally, emotionally, and practically
• What you want your work to support in your life
• How your capacity, energy patterns, and values shape your business model
• What structures protect your mental health and your long-term sustainability

You’ll build, break, and rebuild—physically and conceptually—using activities designed to reveal where your foundation is solid and where it needs support.

You’ll walk away with clarity and possibility, clearing the fog that pressure creates

This session directly supports foundational sections of your business plan and Lean Startup framework: identity, Unique Value Proposition, business description, problem/solution clarity, and milestone design.

Nicole Kurtz, founder of Aducate Digital, a Creative Business Development Studio where strategy gets creative. Nicole’s interactive experiences teach entrepreneurs how to build a habit of creative problem-solving so they can lead with clarity, focus, and resilience.

Parking

You can park in any of the Bounce visitor, tenant, or member lots shown on the map. Anything outside those areas isn’t managed by Bounce and could result in a private ticket.
