
The workshop is offered by Karunaradha, a member of the Triratna Buddhist Order. We’ll spend time learning and practising two key meditations—Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (loving-kindness). The session will also cover posture, positioning, and the benefits and purpose of meditation. In addition, we’ll explore Buddhism: who the Buddha was, what it means to be a Buddhist, his core teachings, and how these can be applied to daily life today.
