A Sacred Sound Journey is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of healing instruments.

Experienced Sound Therapists ~ Edwin and Harshani create a safe healing space whilst taking you on a journey through the sounds of these different healing instruments:~ Earth Gong, Universal Symphonic Gong, Water Gong and Chinese wind gong; various tibetan singing bowls; shamanic drumming and rattles; Rain stick; ocean drum; Handpan; Koshi bells and Sansulas.

The Sacred Sound is 7pm - 8pm and then we allow an additional 15 minutes for grounding and breathing practices before you leave relaxed, refreshed and restored.

What you will need to bring with you :

• Padded Camping/Yoga/exercise Mat to lie on
• Warm blankets (we recommend you bring 2 for extra padding and comfort)
• A small cushion (for under your head)
• A Yoga bolster or Pillow (for under your knees)
• Water for after the sound healing

Open to all, newcomers are most welcome. Advanced booking essential.

Please note ~ Sound healing creates powerful vibration within us, so it is unsuitable for any stage of pregnancy, or if you are fitted with a pace maker or defibulator, have epilepsy or sound induced seizures ~ we recommend Reiki healing instead.
