Together with Livia Cavallini, a Yoga & Ayurveda Therapist (RYT 500), we’ll guide you through a 2-hour experience designed to bring balance to both body & mind — the complete session for the whole being.
Livia will open the session with a 55-minute yoga flow that releases physical tension, improves mobility, & sets the foundation for stillness. I’ll then guide you through 55 minutes of BreathEra® breathwork, focusing on nervous system regulation, mental clarity, & deep inner calm.
