Book Club for Art Lovers: Pop Art

Join us for the Book Club for Art Lovers' March meeting. This month, we'll take a deep dive into Pop Art, the American and British sensation of the 1950s and 1960s that offered everyone a voice in the art world. Comic books, advertising, and mass production all became subjects for Pop Artists such as Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Richard Hamilton and Jasper Johns. We'll learn about Pop Art and how it broke down barriers in the Fine Art world which are still open today.
