Bo'ness Scottish Country Dance Class and Ceilidhs

Join our group to our regular sessions to get into Scottish Dancing.

No experience, partner or kilt is needed, just you. Bring along a pair of comfy shoes (trainers are perfect, no high heels please), a friend, if you like, and your sense of humour to start your journey with us into this fantastic hobby.

Our group welcomes beginners all year round. We make sure that you will be able to do all the dances, the group is really welcoming and a great community. You will be able to book your tickets for single weeks in advance to secure your place. Tickets will be available at the door too.

No age limit, but under 18 years old should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The classes include Ceilidh and Scottish Country dances, traditional and more modern ones and even sometimes brand new dances devised by us. We mainly have live music by Phill and Zsofi leads most of the classes. We have regular Ceilidhs and social events. The group started in 2018 and having classes on Tuesday nights in Bo'ness at the Bridgeness Club.

We take photos and videos at our classes for promotional reasons, please let us know on the evening if you don't want to be included in these.
