Throughout the class we will cover fun facts on the why's & how's making health science a little easier to digest.
Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Body Mechanics & Stress Management...
Demos of actives can be adjust for those of vaired movement levels.
The studio is a Safe-Space environment, body positive & welcome to the LGBTQ Community. 18+ 20's,30's,40's,50's,60's....

Growing up on a farm in the suburbs before big city living, he know a little about simple healthy living, eating organic before it was trendy & expensive.
A lover of french fries & dark chocolate, healther doesn't have to be boring.
Leave 10 years of emergency medicine he finds passion now helping others in the Community.
